At Billy Craft House, every artwork and handcrafted creation is made and packed with great care. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with:
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Your order details
- An unboxing video, where available, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Handmade Nature of Products
All products offered by Billy Craft House are handmade or handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, or artistic details are natural characteristics of handmade creations and should not be considered defects.
Custom Orders
Custom-made, personalized, or commissioned artworks are non-refundable and cannot be returned once the order has been confirmed and work has begun.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Where applicable, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund request is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Resolution of Claims
Billy Craft House reserves the right to review each claim individually and determine the appropriate resolution based on the information provided.
