Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Handmade and custom-made items may require additional preparation time depending on the nature of the artwork and current order volume.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Packaging
All artworks and handcrafted products are carefully packed to help ensure safe delivery. Special attention is given to fragile and decorative items to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Shipping Charges
Orders with a subtotal of ₹5,000 and above qualify for free shipping across India.
Orders below ₹5,000 are subject to a flat shipping charge of ₹199.
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the shipping label
- An unboxing video, where available, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
